We met Restore and Renew Professionals at the absolute worse point in our lives.
This was the second flood we experienced due to water leak. The first one was a disaster the remediation company said they handle the tear up and repairs. They only did the drying and tear out and disappeared.
So when our second leak happened due to the slab rubbing against the water line in the kitchen. It was recommended that we have a remediation team come in. I was apprehensive because of my first experience and the fact I had to find sub contractors and schedule everything.
Restore and Renew was recommended and came out quickly. I was told that they will take care of the project from beginning to end.
After the house dryer out Josh came out and we discussed what we wanted done as we wanted to upgrade the flooring and paint the rooms. We also wanted to put carpet down in our upstairs loft.
Josh listened and put together the project. The estimated costs were broken down to covered insurance, and what we would owe out of pocket.
Once we agreed Restore and Renew got to work. There were no down days there were contractors here every day doing something.
Once the entire project was complete we reviewed everything with Josh before the final payment was made.
The sub contractors were professional and knew what they were doing. Our house was put back as if nothing had happened. Every extra job we added was done and done well.
We are so happy with Restore and Renew we will be contacting with them for a new deck this summer.

Purified Environments has a team of professionals that helped me uncover a chronic mold issue and navigate what to do about it. They provided equipment designed by the owner Skip to immediately minimize my exposure while creating a plan for remediation. Veronica kept me well informed of the process and what I needed to do to be safe. I can’t express enough how well qualified Kenneth was in getting to the bottom of mold issues and addressing them. In my case, a lot of repair and remediation was necessary in my bathroom to eliminate mold and prevent further exposure that was coming from a leaky sewage pipe. We literally cannot thank Purified Environments enough for the support, knowledge, information, and detailed analysis of the mold issue in our rental. Skip is the most knowledgeable person in this field. He explained in detail the impacts of mold Both on the property and more importantly to our health. Ken completed an extremely thorough investigation of our entire house. The team also completed swab test, air test, tape test, and something that look like a swiffer. The report that was created for us was so detailed and so clear in explaining the significant mold problem in our rental. It gave us specific ways to correct the problem, and offered suggestions for how to do it. The documentation of the situation was detailed with hundreds of pictures. We used this report to get our property manager to take our mold concerns seriously, and to begin their own investigation into the property, which we had been trying to do for five years. Later, Skip and his team helped us to understand how to decontaminate our belongings and how to safely move into a new environment. I also want to add that the communication with Jessica in terms of scheduling and providing more details and getting me in contact with Skip quickly was incredible and supportive. Our family feels like in an extremely difficult time, Purified Environments stepped up and really helped us to get back on the road to living in a safe and healthy environment again. We used Pure Maintenance to dry fog our condo to get rid of pathogens and mold spores in the air. It is awesome to walk in and breathe deeply of the clean air. We also had them install a whole house air purifier in our HVAC -- what a difference. Not only clean air but noticeably less dust on our furniture. Awesome!
