Behind every mold problem is a source that allowed it to grow. Our job is to identify that source, eliminate the contamination, and help ensure it doesn’t return.
Every recommendation we make is based on evidence—not assumptions.

Before remediation begins, Purified Environments helps establish appropriate containment and environmental controls based on applicable IICRC standards. We coordinate with your licensed contractor or one of our vetted referral partners to ensure the affected area is properly isolated and HEPA-filtered negative air is used when appropriate to reduce contaminant migration.
Mold-damaged or unsalvageable materials are removed by your licensed contractor or one of our vetted referral partners. Purified Environments coordinates the project using applicable IICRC remediation standards, helping guide containment, material removal, surface decontamination, and preparation for reconstruction.
After material removal, we perform detailed surface decontamination and fine-particle cleaning before reconstruction. We then apply the PEPN™ standard to reduce residual mold spores, dust, debris, and other microscopic contaminants throughout the indoor environment.
Once the physical remediation is complete, we treat the entire affected environment with our proprietary dry vapor technology. Unlike traditional fogging methods that rely on large droplets, our dry vapor reaches the same spaces air can travel, helping decontaminate surfaces, cracks, crevices, and other hard-to-reach areas throughout the space.
After decontamination, we apply GoldShield®, a professional microbiostatic treatment that creates an invisible protective layer on select surfaces. This treatment helps inhibit the growth of mold, bacteria, and other microorganisms, adding another layer of protection after remediation.
Once remediation and decontamination are complete, post-remediation verification confirms the success of the project through visual inspection, environmental measurements, and independent laboratory testing when appropriate. We believe restoration should be verified by objective evidence—not assumptions.
We recommend whole-home air purification using Extreme Microbial Air Purification and the PEPN Cube to reduce airborne mold spores, bacteria, viruses, VOCs, odors, dust, and other contaminants. Combined with moisture control and routine maintenance, these systems help support long-term environmental stability.
Our team holds top mold assessment and remediation certifications—many beyond California requirements—reflecting our commitment to higher standards. Combined with advanced testing and proven methods, we deliver solutions you can trust.

Once our process is complete we guarantee clearance post-treatment. We also provide options of continuous protection of your home with our air purification technology.
We are NORMI certified, CA DPR certified, MICRO certified and our owner is a bioaerosol and indoor air quality specialist. We adhere to NORMI’s strict standards always, and comprehensively solve mold and other indoor air quality problems.
We use independent, third party laboratories for preliminary and clearance testing results as well as other state-of the-art technology to verify successful outcomes.
“Black mold” is one of the most searched terms online, but not every dark-colored mold is the same.
Many people assume that if mold is black, it’s dangerous—and if it’s green, white, or another color, it’s less of a concern. The truth is, mold can’t be identified by color alone.
That’s why professional inspection and, when appropriate, laboratory testing are so important. Rather than making assumptions based on appearance, we identify what you’re dealing with, determine the source of the growth, and recommend the right course of action based on evidence.
No shortcuts. No unnecessary work.
You don’t need to guess what’s happening—or assume the worst.
We’ll inspect your property, identify the source of the problem, and recommend the right solution based on evidence. If remediation is needed, we’ll explain exactly why. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
