Rodents and other pests leave behind urine, droppings, saliva, and nesting materials that can contaminate hidden areas like crawl spaces, attics, and wall cavities. Unlike visible pet messes, this type of contamination often goes unnoticed and can build up over time.
Our testing focuses on identifying the presence and level of pest-related contamination within the environment. Elevated exposure to pest debris—especially feces and urine—can impact indoor air quality and contribute to respiratory irritation, allergies, and other health concerns.
We are not testing for specific diseases. Instead, we assess the environmental contamination load so it can be properly addressed through targeted cleaning and decontamination.
Even small amounts of pest residue can become airborne and affect sensitive individuals, making proper identification and treatment essential to restoring a safe indoor environment.
